THIS YEAR ALL RAFFLE PRIZE MONEY WILL GO TO MARWELL WILDLIFE
Marwell Wildlife is dedicated to protecting and restoring nature, supporting sustainable living, and forging stronger connections between nature and people. With conservation programs spanning the globe, including right here in Hampshire, we’re working tirelessly to save species like the snow leopard, sand lizard, scimitar-horned oryx, and Grevy’s zebra. To further support our mission, we operate Marwell Zoo and welcome over half a million guests each year, helping them to connect with nature and inspiring others to take positive action for nature’s recovery.
DO BUY TICKETS TO HELP US HONOUR THE WORK THEY DO.
THANK YOU.

RAFFLE PRIZE 1
SPONSORED BY the Environment Centre, Hampshire
Breathless is a book by Chris Woodford with his take on why it is so important to take air polution seriously and how it affects us. 20,000 times a day, he says, we breath in the air around us, but just a few days of breathing in polluted air in Paris, London or Rome is as bad for you as puffing your way through two or three cigrattes, while in Delhi the toxic particulates in the smog are equivalent to smoking 50 a day!
A very worthwhile and important read.
GOOD LUCK!
