In its fifth year, we are once again assessing new suppliers to join an impressive lineup of businesses already exhibiting in 2020.
Buyers travel to the Expo from right across the UK, trusting us to deliver leading solutions and expertise that will form their new supply chain partners. Those buyers are from some of the largest corporations, as well as SMEs and the public sector.
The Hilton Ageas Bowl on the outskirts of the city of Southampton offers you, the exhibitor, a prestigious venue that you can be confident is in keeping with your brand. Away from the pace and buzz of the expo itself, it provides perfect, quiet areas to have those all-important one-to-one sessions. Wi-fi is also easily accessible from every area of the building.
Modern, shell scheme stands are built for you and begin from a 2mx1m (limited) to 2mx2m up to 4mx2m. The space will also provide you with a table, 2 chairs and up to 2 stand lunches for your sales team. The space is designed to enable you to incorporate your own promotional items as well as to use velcro to adhere your promotional items to the walls if needed.
Exhibition Power has been serving the Expo for five years now and offer excellent and highly competitive rates for all your power needs. An online booking process is available to ensure the process is a simple one.
We invest in the hire of the venue on the day prior to the Expo. This is so that our exhibitors can take advantage of early stand build and walk away in the knowledge that they can hit the ground running on the Expo day, fresh and ready to take full advantage of the sales platform we provide. PLEASE NOTE…Set up opens from 11.30am through to 8pm. To ensure that set up is as easy as possible we enable you to park immediately outside the building to avoid having to a)carry items from the parking bays and b)to walk through the hotel foyer.
The expo is free to attend for all visiting delegates.
However, supplier businesses who do not exhibit will be expected to pay a £50.00 entry free to attend the Expo.

Set up day
Please park outside the building, if required, and as soon as you have unloaded please park in the hotel pays on the other side of the hotel access road.
Please park in the far car park. This is accessed through the main hotel parking and driving to the very top where there are purely exhibitor secured spaces.

Exhibition Opening Times
The Expo opens its doors from 9.30am to 4.00pm.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE EVENT STRICT INSTRUCTIONS…
OPENING TIME Your stand must be ready by 8.30am at the latest. This follows our strict health and safety guidelines that we must adhere to for the safety of everyone.
CLOSING TIME We provide a service for every exhibitor. We provide a service for every delegate. Out of respect for both your fellow exhibitors and those delegates who are able to visit from the beginning of the day up to the end of the show PLEASE DO NOT begin packing up your stand until 4.15pm when we have announced the end of the event and given our delegates time to leave.
This is also for health and safety reasons. There are no exceptions to this rule, because if one company does it everyone does.
A ‘grab bag’ pre-ordered lunch will be delivered to your stand – and you will be advised further at the time of booking.
