Established in 1929, Paula Rosa Manhattan is an established, trustworthy brand with manufacturing in Sussex, England. We supply and install fitted kitchen furniture for national house builders, high-rise developers and social/affordable housing providers, as well as direct to the public.
As an organisation, Paula Rosa Manhattan have set environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives to optimise our impact on society, the environment and climate through ambitious targets on CO2e reduction and responsible and ethical sourcing. They recognise that sustainability is not a standalone activity; it needs to be part of ‘business as usual’, where we make considered decisions with a holistic view.

Lee is the Sustainability and Compliance Manager at Paula Rosa Manhattan, leading the company’s strategic journey toward low‑carbon manufacturing, responsible sourcing, and circular design. He has played a key role in advancing PRM’s carbon reduction achievements, contributing to initiatives that include significant cuts in operational emissions and the adoption of forward‑thinking concepts such as adaptable, modular, and reusable kitchen systems. Known for his collaborative approach, Lee works closely with partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to accelerate shared sustainability goals. At the Southern Sustainability Expo, he represents PRM on the speaker stage, sharing insights on transforming traditional kitchen manufacturing into a future‑focused, resilient, and environmentally responsible industry.
