Speaking regularly to businesses across England, Kevin will look at how businesses that adopt AI for selfish reasons – cost, time, competitive pressure – accidentally shrink their environmental footprint. Not because they set out to be green, but because efficiency IS sustainability. Fewer hours wasted. Less reworking. Fewer resources burned on the same output. This is a contrarian and slightly provocative opener for an audience used to talking about intention. The argument is: you don’t necessarily need to care about the planet to help it. You just need to stop wasting things.
