Sea Change Wine, where a small team with big ambitions is on a mission to turn the tide against plastic pollution. We want to combine our love of great wine with a desire to help protect our ocean and believe that small actions can have a big impact.
Rooted in a family wine business established over 15 years ago, Sea Change Wine emerged from a belief that businesses bear a responsibility to the environment. Our approach is simple but powerful. We’ve eliminated the unnecessary plastic wrap around the cork, our label paper is sourced from certified sustainable forests and made partially from grape waste, and we use natural corks. The impact of our wine extends beyond the bottle itself – a donation from every purchase supports the work of our global marine charity partners.

MeadowSweet was founded in 2016 by Sophie Townsend from her studio in Bournemouth, Dorset. Her mother looks after the growing in their cutting garden and her husband sorts out everything technical. We grow our own, source from other artisan growers and also from larger flower growers predominantly in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. Sophie’s mother taught her to love nature and she spent a lot of time outdoors growing up. Her interest in nature led her to study Ecology and Biodiversity at university, before moving to New Zealand to work as a florist and in animal conservation. Returning to the UK, she worked for the Zoological Society of London for nine years and achieved a Masters in Sustainable Development. She ran a wedding flower business in London before moving to the coast, where she decided to combine her love of nature with her love of flowers to create MeadowSweet. Sophie enjoys the challenge of using British seasonal flowers and foliage year round, and believes this makes for authentic, honest arrangements that encourage us to admire and connect with nature, and therefore to care about it.

incognito® was founded for the purpose of finding a natural and non-toxic alternative to
traditional insect repellents. We use the natural ingredient PMD as our main active
ingredient thus providing an alternative to the toxic DEET used in many forms of insect
repellent. Since starting our company, we have prevented over 187,535 litres of Deet from
being used by the general public and polluting our environment and waterways. We also
moved from using an alcohol-based formula to a water-based formula for environmental
purposes. We use sugarcane plastic for the majority of our packaging which captures more
CO2 than it takes to produce as well as being easily recyclable. At the end of 2022 we
started to include prevented ocean plastic in some of our packaging, further saving plastics
from reaching landfill. Our additional packaging is made from recycled and /or fully
recyclable materials. We have a mandate to eradicate all single-use plastic from our
products and have now achieved this at production level. Since 2020 we have saved 20.5
tonnes of plastic from landfill.
