Hilton Utilita Bowl Sponsor our 10th Anniversary

Hampshire’s leading corporate Sustainability Expo is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary at the prestigious Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl.

In recognition of the event’s long-standing relationship with the Hilton, the venue is to sponsor an exclusive networking event, celebrating a decade of bringing together businesses, innovators, and community leaders committed to building a greener future. Now one of the longest-running sustainability exhibitions in the UK, the Expo continues to champion collaboration and progress in environmental and social responsibility.

Attendees will enjoy the Hilton‘s hospitality with a networking event and drinks and canapés, followed by entertainment and the presentation of ten Big Sustainability Awards. Since its launch, this initiative has honoured more than 80 organisations from both the public and private sectors for their achievements in environmental management and sustainable innovation.

Over the past decade, the Sustainability Expo has become a flagship platform for showcasing best practices, inspiring collaboration, and helping organisations embed sustainable strategies at the heart of their operations.

“Do join us as we celebrate this important milestone in our history. Reflecting on a decade of progress made by the many businesses that have passed through our doors, we are proud to have the Hilton’s support from the very beginning, helping to make this event what it is today.”

Sustainability Exhibition Partner with Bournemouth University

The Southern Sustainability Partnership announces its partnership with Bournemouth University’s Centre for Sustainable Business Transformations (CSBT).  The centre has been designed
to deliver cutting-edge interdisciplinary research and knowledge exchange that addresses the needs of business, policy and society in their quest for a sustainable future. The centre benefits from a diverse mix of experts who create knowledge to enable businesses and policymakers to devise
innovative strategies, business models, processes, practices, products and structures that help to generate prosperity and address the UN Sustainable
Development Goals.

Lynda Daniels, Director at The Southern Sustainability Partnership: Having championed the groundbreaking work coming from our region’s Universities, we are delighted to be working more closely with Bournemouth and supporting the CSBT programme led by Marcjanna Augustyn,
Professor of Management and Head of CSBT.  I was delighted to present at their most recent conference, where the programme covered important topics such as the AI, productivity and sustainability sandpit. An area we are looking closely at highlighting at the 10th Expo on October 9th, where Bournemouth University will host a stand to continue this conversation with our delegates and launch their new business-focused training programme.

Marcjanna Augustyn, Professor of Management and Head of CSBT:  We are delighted to collaborate with the Southern Sustainability Partnership (SSP) in advancing a more sustainable and prosperous region. By combining CSBT’s interdisciplinary expertise with the passion of local organisations, we can co-create innovative solutions for productivity, sustainability, and growth. SSP’s events are key to showcasing and celebrating sustainability best practices, and building valuable connections. I look forward to the next event and future collaborations.

Our Premier Sustainability and Awards Event Re-locates Dorset Office to Dorset Sustainability Centre. The only one of its kind in the county.

The Southern Sustainability Partnership, host to one of the UK’s longest running Expo and Awards in the corporate sustainability space, has set up its Dorset Hub in the county’s only sustainability technology showroom. With offices in both Dorset and Hampshire, the company celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year and will open the doors on the next event October 9th at the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl. Supported by Ambassador Barratt Developments PLC and Partner Utilita Energy.

Co-Director, Anita Potten: There is a great synergy between our business and Sustechs (Sustainable Technology and Solutions Centre), run by David Saraby from his sustainability showroom in Branksome, Poole.  We have known and highly respected David for many years and his company has exhibited at the Expo since its inception and, in his own right, achieved our Special Recognition Award for his work during the 2024 event.

David Saraby, Sustechs: Our Centre is delighted to welcome the premier sustainability and awards event team to share our premises at 441 Poole Road, Poole.  Having known and collaborated with the team for the past 15 years, we deeply appreciate their commitment to sustainability and excellence. We look forward to organising open sustainability breakfast meetings and conferences, creating opportunities for meaningful discussions and collaboration. We look forward to an inspiring and impactful partnership and urge businesses in the region to take advantage of the opportunity to get involved with the centre and to be part of the journey.

Co-Director, Lynda Daniels:  This is the one hub in the county of Dorset where organisations from both the public and private sector can

come for sound advice on their sustainability energy projects and aspirations.  We now welcome visitors who would also like to find out more about our events – both visiting and exhibiting or entering or sponsoring an award.

The 2025 Expo will host up to 100 different exhibitions stands, an educational speaker theatre, EV showcase and dedicated show magazine.
